How long would the delivery service take and how much would it cost?
The delivery service is usually within 1 to 3 working days following the purchase order. An additional fee of LBP 6,000 will be added to your total purchase amount as a delivery fee. However, any purchase equal to or exceeding LBP 350,000 will result in free delivery. Free shipping is also offered on a promotional basis.

What should I do in case I would like to exchange or return?
In case you would like to exchange your recent e-purchase, simply bring your item(s) to the nearest moustache branch along with your invoice.
We will gladly exchange items that have the original tags attached and that are in the original purchase condition. -Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.
- For Full-price Merchandise: Exchange within 18 days of purchase date.
- For Sale/Promotion Merchandise: Exchange within 10 days of purchase date.
- Underwear, Swimwear and bikini bottoms items are not exchangeable.
- All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
- Items returned are not exchangeable with Gift Cards.
- Exchanges are for free and are subject to stock availability.
- Gift purchases can only be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
Faulty goods
-Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs and is discovered upon receipt. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
-If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as per above refund terms. Simply return the faulty goods to any of our moustache point of sales within 18 days from purchase date.
-Where possible and upon your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer you a replacement.
