Exchange Policy 

We're delighted to assist you with exchanges for your recent E-purchases.

  1. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, visit the nearest MOUSTACHE store with your item(s) and your invoice.
  2. Eligible Locations: Exchanges are exclusively possible at MOUSTACHE store branches across Lebanon.
  3. Exchange Conditions: Items for exchange must have original tags attached and be in their original purchase condition (not washed, worn, or altered).
  4. Invoice Requirement: Please ensure you bring the original invoice for the exchange.
  5. Timeframe for Exchange: You have 7 days from the collection date to initiate an exchange.
  1. Shoe Try-on: For footwear, kindly try them on a carpeted surface before regular wear.
  2. Refund Policy: Items returned are not eligible for cash refunds.

 

Return Policy for Faulty Goods:

 

- Faulty goods include items received damaged or those with manufacturing faults discovered upon receipt. Normal wear and tear damage is not considered faulty.

- If your received item is faulty, return it for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Simply visit any MOUSTACHE point of sale.

- We offer to repair the item if possible, upon your agreement. If not repairable and the same product is available, we'll provide a replacement. If the product is unavailable, follow the exchange terms mentioned above at any MOUSTACHE point of sale.

 

Colors:

We've aimed to display our products' colors as accurately as possible on our website. Due to varying computer monitors, we cannot guarantee complete color accuracy.
