Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

·        Oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

·        Create and schedule content, including posts, stories, and reels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.

·        Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.

·        Collaborate with the marketing agency to design and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Team Management and Coordination:

·        Lead a team responsible for inventory management and product updates on the website.

·        Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring clarity on tasks and deadlines.

·        Monitor team performance and productivity, addressing any issues or challenges

·        Coordinate photo sessions, working closely with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure successful outcomes.

·        Communicate effectively with suppliers to obtain product images and information for website updates.

·        Generate creative ideas for reels, offers, and newsletters.

Creative Content Development:

·        Generate creative ideas for social media content, promotions, and campaigns.

·        Develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience.

·        Provide creative direction and guidance to the team.

·        Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and social media marketing.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

·        Track and analyze social media metrics, website traffic, and sales performance.

·        Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, proposing new initiatives to enhance brand visibility and profitability.

Qualifications:
